“I told PSquare as an honest guy,” May D says, revealing how he lost out on potential collaborations with Akon.

Popular singer Mr. May D talks about how he notified PSquare about it and missed the chance to collaborate with American superstar Akon.

Speaking with Nedu Wazobia and other guests on the well-known podcast “Honest Bunch,” he revealed this.

He claims that PSquare first refused to sign him, telling him that they would only assist him in becoming as well-known as Jay Martins and others.

He disclosed that American musician Akon wanted to be featured in his song “Chop My Money” since he enjoyed it.

Akon requested that the song be filmed in America, or else he wouldn’t come, so May D said he had to take a plane there.

He claims that PSquare first refused to sign him, telling him that they would only assist him in becoming as well-known as Jay Martins and others.

He claimed that Akon had summoned him into the office when he was there and asked if he had a deal with the other guys (PSquare). When he replied that he didn’t, Akon assured him that he had a lot of deals for him.

Mr. May D mentioned that in order to start the agreements he had planned for him, Akon had committed to paying for his return flight to America.

He disclosed that he chose to tell PSquare what Akon had told him since he didn’t want to keep anything from them.

The artist stated that he would not have spoken to Psquare if he had known.
