Veteran singer and campaigner Charly Boy has revealed that, should he want to divorce his wife, the public will not be informed.
Charly Boy’s comment comes after he was responding to the news of 2Face and Annie Idibia’s recent divorce.
Charly Boy counselled his industry colleagues not to publish their personal business on the public sphere.
If he and his wife are to split ways, he said, nobody will know.
“I am sad for the pair [2 Face and Annie Idibia]. Regretfully is it. However, my advise would be to keep our company secret, away from public view.
“Although social media has evolved a lot, individuals also have responsibility. I am not approaching from a saintly standpoint here. I have argued with my lover, but we cool off in the room by ourselves.
“You do not bring it outdoors to the public for settling. That’s wrong, in my opinion as nobody would know if I stopped living with my wife right now. During a TVC interview, he remarked, “I won’t make noise about it.”
